Nano magnesium lithium silicate, carbonyl iron, silicon oil, as the raw material for preparing a good stability of MRF. Using a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), scanning electron microscopy, surface area analyzers were tested carbonyl iron magnetic properties, surface morphology and particle size; with a magnetic rheometer MRF apparent viscosity and magneto shear stress; standing by sedimentation analysis settling stability MRF. The results showed that: nano magnesium lithium silicate having a good viscosity regulation, thixotropic MR fluids for their preparation, anti-settling, the greater the induced magnetic shear stress; obtained nano-lithium silicate concentration magnetorheological fluid viscosity and magneto-quantitative relationship between shear stress.
Study of a synthetic smectite clay minerals - magnesium lithium silicate, elaborated structure, characteristics and mechanism of the material.
